Its always a joy to come across that one unheard vintage IR song.I Came across some of them recently.Here are two video songs, both of them by IR.

kiliye kiliyeThis is from the movie Aa rathri,starring mammotty,rohini,poornima jeyaram,baby anju etc.This song has illayaraja written all over it,typical early 80's stuff.The beats, the guitar(follow the base guitar, how it weaves around with other instruments) and the awesome S.janaki.There is a line "mini mol than chiri(smile) kanan" and off course you know what will happen at that line Sj smiles.Typical SPB/SJ stuff.I enjoyed it immensely.check it out here






Kakothi Kaavil Appoopan Thadigal.
Another melodious malayalm song by the maestro.This one is by Chithra.The song is so familiar.But can't able to figure out the source.Think one of the child artist is actress kaveri.
