Debugger's needed

Blogger is getting worse everyday.Today i got an java Outofmemory error.Blogger is using tomcat 4.1.24(no wonder it is not able to take the load).Here is the exception stack trace.Anyone want to debug ?? :).

plumbers. ahhh now i know why blogger is taking so much time to fix things.
plumbers are the most busiest guys in US.

i had the same problem couple of days back. and then i tried the same thing on IE. It worked out.
